The Leads section of Marketing Center provides sellers with visibility to the market’s interest in their property and the individual feedback each lead is providing to the Broker and Ten-X team. You can use the Leads section to review prospective buyers’ contact information and due diligence vault activity. Each lead is an opportunity for you as a broker to connect and discuss the current offering.

Engaging with your market early and often allows you to drive interest to the property, schedule property tours, and ultimately sell the deal at auction.

You will see three different types of leads:

Email Leads

These are leads that are coming in from the message button within the LDP.

Secure Leads

  • Not Registered – These leads have signed a Confidentiality Agreement (CA) and entered the data room. They have expressed interest in your listing, but haven’t taken the next step of registering to bid.
  • Started Registration – These leads have shown higher interest in the property and begun bidder registration for the listing, but did not complete the process.
  • Registered – These leads have completed the bidder registration process. They have submitted all of their information, including proof of funds, but have not yet received approval to bid on auction day.
  • Approved to Bid – These leads have provided Proof of Funds and been fully approved to bid on auction day.

Prospect Leads

The Prospects list will automatically recommend leads for a property using Ten-X historical data. The 50 suggested leads are bidders who were fully approved on a previous auction listing with the same property type. Using the following additional criteria, leads are scored, then the list is populated with the highest scoring leads.
